Your session will be fully clothed, with no lotion or oil, on a mat on the floor. Your massage therapist will use pressure along energy lines (sen lines) in the body in order to identify tension. You will be compressed, pulled, stretched, rocked, and led into assisted yoga poses by your practitioner. Lymphatic Drainage Massage

30 Minutes / $50
60 Minutes / $100
90 Minutes / $150
120 Minutes / $180

Lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a very gentle form of gentle massage that uses very light pressure and long, rhythmic strokes that gets the lymph fluid moving and directs the toxins into the organs that can properly remove them. Activating the lymph flow throughout the body can stimulate the immune system. When it isn’t working properly, stagnant fluid containing these toxins builds up in the body. If you are ever feeling achy, sluggish, have minor pains, or become susceptible to cold and flus, it is most likely because your lymphatic system isn’t doing it’s job. Lymphatic drainage is non-invasive and is generally considered safe. Because it is focused on soft to moderate stretching of the skin, it doesn't cause the discomfort associated with deep tissue massage or sports massage. Because the lymphatic system plays a central role in the body's immune system, lymphatic drainage suggest that this form of therapeutic massage can help treat a variety of health conditions.
